London, Jan 4 - Actress Natalie Portman wants to quit acting and start a family because she says ‘it is the greatest thing’ she can aspire to.

Portman is dating fashion designer Nathan Bogle but is not keen in getting married, though her parents have a long strong marriage, reports contactmusic.com.

She said: ‘I don’t know about marriage. Divorce is so easy and that takes much of the meaning out of it. Committing to one person is sacred, but partnership and kids? Definitely. Motherhood is the greatest thing I can aspire to.’

The actress in the past has been linked to the likes of actors Gael Garcia Bernal and Jake Gyllenhaal.
